P90X Snacks

There are a lot of snack options for P90X, here are our favorite go to snacks:

  • Plain Greek Yogurt with berries (5 oz of yogurt and 1/2 cup of berries) 125 calories
  • Turkey Jerky (1 oz) 80 calories
  • Cashews and Raisins (1 oz cashews and 1/2 oz raisins) 212 calories
  • Celery and peanut butter (1 tablespoon pb) 100 calories
  • Atkins Advantage Bars (we like chocolate chip) 210 calories
  • Cottage Cheese and berries (1/2 cup each) 125 calories
  • Protein Shakes with milk or juice and coffee or fruit (example: 1 scoop of protein powder 130 calories, 8 oz of nonfat milk 90 calories, 8 oz of cold coffee 5 calories and ice makes 2 servings at 112 calories each)
