Protein Shake Recipes

I love a good protein shake as a snack and rely on the following simple recipes, just combine all ingredients in your blend and process until smooth.

Vanilla Chai Protein Shake

  • 8 oz Chai Tea Concentrate
  • 4 oz Milk (I prefer non-fat or 1% in these shakes)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 handful of ice

Coffee Protein Shake

  • 8 oz cold brewed coffee
  • 4 oz non fat milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 handful of ice

Orange Cream Protein Shake

  • 8 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 handful of ice

Strawberry Banana Protein Shake

  • 1 cup hulled strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 8 oz apple juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 handful of ice

Other Options

Try adding your favorite mix of blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, mango, papaya and/or carrots with 8 oz of juice or water and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and handful of ice.
