Vanilla Chai Protein Shake

I love Chai tea and this shake has become my current favorite.

serves 1, about 300 calories

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Chai Tea concentrate (I like Tazo Chai concentrate best)
  • 8 oz 1% Milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • a handful of ice

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed.
