Sunday Breakfast Turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, mushrooms and   spinach with coconut oil
Snack 1 oz Macadamia nuts and dried cranberries
Lunch 4 oz tuna with carrots, celery and olive oil wrapped   in tortilla
Snack 4 oz Greek yogurt  1 cup   berries
Dinner Pork Tenderloin, potatoes
Monday Breakfast Shakeology with 8 oz milk
Snack Nut butter and celery
Lunch Chicken salad, salad dressing
Snack 6 oz Greek yogurt and 1 cup berries
Dinner 4 oz Fish, spinach salad, salad dressing
Tuesday Breakfast 2 eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1 slice bread with 2 tsp   butter
Snack Cashews and raisins
Lunch Chicken salad, salad dressing
Snack 6 oz Greek yogurt  1 cup   berries
Dinner Chicken Stir Fry
Wednesday Breakfast Shakeology with 8 oz milk
Snack 1 oz Sunflower seeds and apple
Lunch Roasted chicken, wrap, cheese, beans, salsa
Snack 6 oz Greek yogurt and 1 cup berries
Dinner 4 oz Fish, spinach salad, salad dressing
Thursday Breakfast Turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, mushrooms and   spinach with coconut oil
Snack 1 oz Sunflower seeds and apple
Lunch Chicken Stir Fry
Snack 6 oz Greek yogurt  1 cup   berries
Dinner Beef Chili
Friday Breakfast Shakeology with 8 oz milk

Dinner Roasted chicken, wrap, cheese, beans, salsa
