Crock pot Taco Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons chili powder (based on your preference)
  • 1-2 cups salsa (based on your preference)

Directions

  1. Place the chicken in crock pot.
  2. Add lime juice and chili powder (spread out over all the chicken).
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is tender.
  4. Remove chicken from crock pot. Shred meat with two forks and return to the crock pot.
  5. Stir in salsa.
  6. Cover and cook on low for about 30 minutes.
