Snack 1 oz   Macadamia nuts and dried cranberries
Lunch Tomato soup and slice of bread
Snack 4 oz Greek   yogurt  1 cup berries and ¼ cup granola
Dinner Pizza    CHEAT NIGHT! J
Monday Breakfast Shakeology   with 8 oz milk
Snack 1 oz almonds and 1 pear
Lunch Chicken   salad with Mango Salsa
Snack 6 oz Greek yogurt and 1 cup mango
Dinner Crockpot   Chicken taco salad with cheese and sour cream
Tuesday Breakfast Sweet potato hash with chicken apple   sausage
Snack Nut butter   and celery
Lunch Tuna wrap with lettuce, tomato
Snack 6 oz Greek   yogurt  1 cup berries
Dinner Teriyaki meatballs with brown rice and   broccoli
Wednesday Breakfast Shakeology   with 8 oz milk
Snack 1 oz nuts and ¼ cup dried fruit
Lunch Teriyaki   meatballs with brown rice and broccoli
Snack 6 oz Greek yogurt and 1 cup berries
Dinner Salt and   Pepper shrimp with linguini and asparagus
Thursday Breakfast Sweet potato hash with chicken apple   sausage
Snack 2   tablespoons Nut butter and 1 apple
Lunch Chicken salad with mango salsa
Snack 6 oz Greek   yogurt  1 cup berries
Dinner Crockpot Chicken Taco salad with cheese and   sour cream
Friday Breakfast Shakeology   with 8 oz milk
Snack 1 oz nuts and ¼ cup dried fruit
Lunch Salt and Pepper   shrimp with linguini and veg
Snack 6 oz Greek yogurt  1 cup berries
Dinner Asian spiced   tilapia with brown rice and stir fry veggies
Saturday Breakfast Oatmeal
Snack Banana and 1   oz macadamia nuts
Lunch Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Snack 6 oz Greek   yogurt  1 cup berries
Dinner Cashew chicken with broccoli
