Paleo Meal Plan 2

meal planningStarting this week I am adding my grocery list to the bottom of the menu and will start linking out to recipes as I make them.

Sunday Fried eggs with sautéed veggies (red pepper, onion, mushrooms and   zucchini) Leftover platter – grilled chicken, pea pods and carrot sticks, green   salad with tomatoes with olive oil and vinegar dressing and watermelon Halibut with balsamic roasted veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, onions   and mushrooms)
Monday sausage with eggs and sautéed spinach Grilled Chicken with broccoli salad, grilled veggie kabobs and fruit   salad Hamburger patty, grilled onions, coleslaw and salad
Tuesday Hamburger quiche with spinach, carrots, onions, zucchini Tuna Salad Roasted Chicken and lemon garlic broccoli
Wednesday Eggs with sausage and sautéed veggies (bell pepper, onion, mushrooms) Citrus Chicken Salad with avocado Braised Halibut with green beans in a tomato sauce
Thursday Spanish Omelet – chicken, avocado and salsa Hamburger patty, green salad and fruit Pork Tenderloin with collard greens
Friday Eggs with sausage and sautéed veggies Chicken Salad with radishes, guacamole and salsa NY Steak with sautéed mushrooms, green beans and salad
Saturday Hamburger quiche Left over pork tenderloin and collard greens Spaghetti (squash) and meatballs with green salad

  1. Marna-LOVE this! How do u like P90X ? also have u ever tried kale ? great as salad or smoothie & loaded in Vitamin K! excited to read more.

    • We really like P90X, we started last July and have done a couple of cycles on it. I have never felt stronger or been in better shape. We are going to start another round in July, a bit modified this time since we are in maintenance mode now. We are looking at P90X2 as well for variety. I haven’t tried Kale yet, but I love spinach and other dark leafy greens so I know I will try it soon. I have heard great things about including it in smoothies.
