Tuesday Turkey Veggie Frittata with melon and blueberries Turkey Taco Salad BBQ Chicken Breasts with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli
Wednesday Fried Eggs with sausage links and sautéed veggies (bell pepper,   onion, zucchini) with fresh OJ Steak salad – left over NY over spinach, red onion, cherry tomatoes,   walnut pieces, goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette Stir fry – bbq chicken thighs, baby bok choy, snow peas, carrots and broccoli   with sunshine sauce
Thursday Turkey Veggie Frittata with melon and blueberries Left over stir fry Jalapeño-Lime Halibut, grilled nectarines, green salad with carrots,   cucumber, snap peas
Friday Shakeology green smoothie with Almond milk, kale, orange and banana Kitchen Sink Grilled Chicken Salad Hamburgers and spinach salad with sautéed apples
Saturday Pumpkin pancakes and sausage links Hamburgers and sweet potato fries with salad Pork Tenderloin, roasted veggies and mashed cauliflower
