Paleo Meal Plan 4

Ok friends, here is my meal plan for next week. As I make things I will post my recipes and pictures. I make a lot of double batches to keep lunches simple and prep on Sundays so that vegetables are sautéed, some meats are grilled/roasted and salad greens and dressings are ready to go.

Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Sunday Egg scramble with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and goat cheese with spiced   cantaloupe Avocado Chicken Salad Hamburger patty, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion with Salty   Sweet Broccoli Salad and scallion   sweet potatoes
Monday Chicken sausage with sautéed yellow squash, bell peppers and onion Spicy Tuna Salad Chicken breasts stuffed with spinach, tomatoes and bacon and salad
Tuesday Hamburger and vegetable frittata with Ajvar Left over stuffed chicken breast and salad Roasted or Grilled Halibut with Asparagus and Leeks
Wednesday Chicken sausage and yam slices fried in coconut oil with sliced   strawberries and peaches Spicy Tuna Salad Lemon Chicken with sautéed   asparagus, mushrooms and artichokes
Thursday Hamburger and vegetable frittata Left over Lemon Chicken Pork Tenderloin with steamed broccoli and cherry, bacon spinach Salad
Friday Fried eggs, sausage, sautéed spinach and nectarine Left over Pork Tenderloin and salad Grilled Shrimp kabobs (red onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, squash,   pineapple)
Saturday Hamburger and vegetable frittata Left over Shrimp Kabobs Grilled Chicken
