Paleo Meal Plan 13

Fall is in the air but I am hanging on to my grilling season before it just gets too rainy to grill outside anymore. I think this meal plan uses the BBQ 5 of the 7 days, if you aren’t a BBQ’er or if it is off-season for you many of these recipes can be baked or pan-fried.

Sunday Fried eggs, chicken sausage and sautéed apples Chicken salad wrap Teriyaki salmon with grilled pineapple and broccoli
Monday Scrambled eggs with green chilies, bacon bits and guacamole Grilled salmon salad Grilled   Steak and Veggie salad
Tuesday Salmon, avocado and green onion omelet Flank Steak with asparagus, tomato and cucumber salad BBQ Chicken with grilled   sweet potatoes and green salad
Wednesday Flank   steak with avocado, salsa and a fried egg Chicken   salad Lemon-garlic   shrimp, artichoke hearts and mushrooms over zucchini noodles
Thursday Bacon,   spinach and mushroom frittata Summer cilantro   zucchini noodles Halibut with Brussels sprouts
Friday Bacon, spinach and mushroom frittata Tuna salad wrap Cauliflower pork fried rice
Saturday Bacon, eggs and sautéed spinach Cauliflower pork fried rice Hamburger patties, with bacon, guacamole and a lettuce bun
