Paleo Meal Plan 14

Fall is upon us and I am really looking forward to this season’s veggies and fruits. My daughter is especially crazy for pears now and I am ready to start using pumpkin in some of my upcoming recipes.   Are you nterested in finding out what is currently growing and available in your area? Monday Bacon, eggs and sautéed spinach Left over: Pot Roast Roasted chicken with sautéed Brussels sprouts and bacon
Tuesday Poached   eggs with marinara, spinach and mushrooms Left over: Roasted Chicken with Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Spaghetti (squash) and meatballs
Wednesday egg muffins with artichokes, red peppers, olives and sausage muffins Left over: Spaghetti (Squash) and meatballs Roasted Halibut with asparagus and a kale veggie slaw
Thursday Left over: egg muffins Left over: Roasted Chicken with Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Pork   Cauliflower Fried Rice
Friday Spinach, mushrooms, leek, bacon and egg frittata Left over: Pork Cauliflower Fried Rice Hamburgers with Salty   Sweet Broccoli Salad and Sweet Potato Fries
Saturday Left over: frittata Tuna salad wraps Slow   Cooker Roast Chicken and Gravy with green   beans

  1. Interesting, I don’t see any ads -even when I log out of the site, WordPress tries not run ads as much as possible. How are you viewing the blog? I think it might be your viewer that is delivering that undesirable ad.
