Chili-Brown Sugar Delicata Squash with Pears Recipe | Eating Well

This dish was so good I forgot to take a picture! The chili is subtle and goes great with the sweet pear. I served it with a roasted pork tenderloin and even the hubby (who doesn’t like squash) liked this dish and  I ate the leftovers for breakfast the next day.
