Vanilla Chai Protein Shake

I love Chai tea and this shake has become my current favorite. serves 1, about 300 calories Ingredients: 4 oz Chai Tea concentrate (I like Tazo Chai concentrate best) 8 oz 1% Milk 1 scoop protein powder a handful of ice Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed.
