Welcome to our P90x page! We are using this page to track our P90X progress and share all of our meal plans, recipes, tips and tricks to eating healthy delicious food.
We know this is not an easy journey to begin and we hope that by sharing our progress and our meal plans we can make it easier for you. When we began this journey we committed ourselves to working out 6 days a week, eating better, getting more sleep, drinking more water and cutting out the junk (this even meant no more diet soda!)
This journey has been easier having each other to motivate one another and help each other through, especially on Saturday and Monday mornings when the alarm clock sounds at 5am and the last thing we want to do is get out of bed. Or on Friday nights when it would be fun to get a sitter and go out for happy hour!
