Yes! We P90X!


Welcome to our P90x page!  We are using this page to track our P90X progress and share all of our meal plans, recipes, tips and tricks to eating healthy delicious food.

We know this is not an easy journey to begin and we hope that by sharing our progress and our meal plans we can make it easier for you. When we began this journey we committed ourselves to working out 6 days a week, eating better, getting more sleep, drinking more water and cutting out the junk (this even meant no more diet soda!)

This journey has been easier having each other to motivate one another and help each other through, especially on Saturday and Monday mornings when the alarm clock sounds at 5am and the last thing we want to do is get out of bed. Or on Friday nights when it would be fun to get a sitter and go out for happy hour!

  1. Hello, My name is Jerry and I was about 270lbs I have lost 70 pounds so far. However I have become stag net at 202. My ideal weight is 165. I work out 5 days a week for about an hour. I was told by a nutritionist that a good star to continue losing weight would be a 30/30/40 diet. But I can not find anywhere what I should eat for B,L,D. Can anyone help me.

    • Hi Jerry! Way to go with your progress, that is awesome! I don’t know anything about the 30/30/40 diet but think it sounds like the Zone diet. Maybe try googling Zone diet menus? If you decide to give Paleo a try my site has about 15 different menus to get you started but Paleo does not track calories, instead it works to ensure that you are getting what your body needs and is high in protein and veggies with some fruit.
